Amanda Naseri, MA, RCC, CCC, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering individual counselling to teens, young adults, and adults. Her approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred, and Attachment-Based approaches.
Amanda supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and complex trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity concerns, and major life transitions. She has a particular interest in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional and identity shifts that can accompany early parenthood.
Amanda works collaboratively with clients to build emotional awareness, strengthen self-connection, and develop greater capacity to navigate difficult feelings and relationships. Therapy is tailored to each person’s needs and offered at a pace that feels supportive and respectful.
